Conviction 2 Change Publishing LLC was founded in September 2015 to serve those currently under-represented in the literary sphere. The name, Conviction 2 Change, was chosen due to a desire to work with those who have a deep conviction and passion to see change both in their communities and in the types of literary media being produced. The number two represents that while change may start with one person, we can accomplish more when we are willing to team up and work together in order to accomplish our goals.
Conviction 2 Change is a publishing and consulting company founded on the belief that everyone has a story to tell, and should be given the opportunity to be heard. It is our belief that in order for lasting change to take place, we have to foster a strong sense of community. To do this, we focus on going out in to our communities in order to tell the stories of those currently under-presented in the literary sphere. Additionally, we are committed to encouraging, empowering, and edifying the next generation of creative thinkers through community writing workshops and seminars.
Conviction 2 Change is dedicated to helping aspiring and established authors, poets, playwrights, screenplay writers, et al, breathe life into their creative projects, and transform their ideas into words.
Our vision is to empower voices of change through the written word.
Diversity and inclusion Conviction 2 Change Publishing LLC does not practice discriminatory tactics. We welcome writers in all genres and from all backgrounds.
Excellence in all we produce We believe that all projects, regardless of size or scope, are important and are treated as such. Conviction 2 Change is committed to working with a spirit of excellence in order to ensure the production of a quality product.
Transparency, honesty, & fairness With Conviction 2 Change, there will be no mid-project surprises. We keep the writers engaged and informed during every step of the publishing process.
Rights of the authors over their creative works It is the belief of Conviction 2 Change that the ownership of the completed work should rest with the writer, not the publishing company. Because of this, we have enacted a no royalty policy. At the conclusion of the project, all royalties remain with the author.
